Kim Ir Sen and Kim Chen Ir – Immortal Legends of South Korea
Not so long ago North Korea lose its leader Kim Chen Ir. He ruled the country since 1994 after his father and the founder of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea Kim Ir Sen had died. Now their portraits are hanging on walls of the entire country and every child knows and loves immortal leaders.

We know that there are many opinions on Korean governance style but we won’t judge them. We just want to showcase you some photos of the real life of Kim Ir Sen and Kim Chen Ir. That were powerful and very charismatic leaders of their country and now you can lift the veil of secrecy and to view some moment of their lives.

A hybrid of begonia – Kimjongilia (literally, “flower of Kim Jong-il”) – was cultivated by Japanese florist Kamo Mototeru in 1988. The flower symbolizes wisdom, love, justice and peace and it was presented to Kim Chen Ir in token of friendship between Korea and Japan.
